Look 1 THE MARBLE STONE 

 

Antwerp CS was my first impression of my 6 months journey in Belgium in 2020. 

 

During this journey, I was inspired by the marble stone from Antwerp CS. I simulated the stone texture into textile by heat pressing the fabrics. The shape of the garment was inspired by the arch of Antwerp CS, which makes the upper part of the body look wider and taller.

 

This garment is made of 100% crashed linen, which makes it not only lightweight but also breathable. There are multiple pockets on the side.

 

The finishing is double facing, which makes the edges clean and sharp just like the architecture.
